All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Our most spacious rooms which are en-suite with luxury bathrooms including corner spa baths and seperate shower cabinets. Rooms have quality furnishing such as king sized or four-poster beds and offer stunning lake views with patio doors that open onto a garden terrace or decking area. Fresh flowers, bath robes and mineral water will be provided in your room on arrival.
Leave m6 at Junction 36, follow a591 to Windermere. Turn left into the village and follow main street for 1 mile. At mini roundabout go straight over on to a592. Follow a592 for 4 miles, we are on the right.
